A non-contact Boxing based workout for anyone wanting to get a full body workout, whilst learning self defense techniques, boosting your self-esteem and self-confidence.

You will learn from a former British Thai Boxing Champion, how to punch safely and effectively. You will learn how various kicks, knees and punches can be incorporated into complex combinations.

Boxercise Circuit classes are suitable for all fitness and ability levels. The workouts have varied intensity levels to challenge you according to your current level of fitness.

Outdoors Fitness 2 hours

Looking for an outdoors workout that will blast you out of your fitness plateau?
Forget the standard bootcamp formats, this class will challenge your fitness, endurance, functional strength and co-ordination.

Be prepared to climb, crawl, push, drag, pull, wade and run. Sometimes at the same time!
This class is not for the faint-hearted, you may curse, scream, strop, cry and sulk. Just as long as you don't quit!

This class is suitable for intermediates to advanced. You MUST be able to run 3km to be able to participate in this class
